We fully realise that everybody's circumstances are different and that you may have a question that is not listed. This is why, unlike many online organisations, we actively encourage you to pick up the phone and call one of our qualified secured loan advisers. The service that they provide is both impartial and free to you and carries no obligation on your behalf. Just call us for a personal one-to-one consultation. Calls are charged at normal tariffs.

What size loans are available?

£5,000 to £100,000 normally available for a maximum repayment term of 25 years. (Please refer to our repayment guide or call us for further information).

What can I use the loan for?

Can I repay my loan early?

Yes. All lenders allow early payment and either apply a sliding scale, or a rebate in accordance with the Consumer Credit Act.

What happens if I move house?

Lenders upon application may allow the loan to be transferred to the new property depending on your new financial circumstances and value of your new home.
